TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all steps are taken to avoid injury to users or damage to all hired equipment from Bouncing Happy
  2. A responsible adult over the age of 18 must supervise the use of the inflatables, equipment and soft plays at all times
  3. The inflatables must not be moved once secured into position by our staff
  4. No food or drink must be consumed on the inflatables
  5. All shoes, jewellery or clothing/hair pins that can damage the inflatable must be removed before use
  6. Ensure that the number of children on the inflatables at once is limited to the recommended with either age or weight – information side of inflatable
  7. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step of the inflatables. This is there to help aid getting in and out
  8. No face paints, coloured powders, glitter, party poppers or anything that can stain the equipment should be used on or near the equipment
  9. No smoking, pets, fire pits or BBQs near or on the equipment
  10. Reckless or boisterous behaviour must not be allowed
  11. Do not allow children to take any hard or sharp objects onto the inflatables, or anything large enough to block exits/entrances
  12. Children must use the slides one at a time and can not climb on the sides
  13. Safety mats will be positions at the entrances/exits of inflatables. These must not be removed once placed down
  14. No climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls of the inflatables. Please also keep children away from the fans at the back at all times
  15. If hiring from outdoors please ensure all areas are cleared to allow equipment to be set up. Access to an electric supply will be needed as well as a clear entrance point to the desired location
  16. Keep all soft play items on the mats provided. Ensure the items do not get wet at any time during hire
  17. No one with a history of neck or back pain should use the inflatables
  18. Ensure the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times and never covered as it sucks air in to inflate the equipment
  19. In the event of rain please remove children from the inflatable(s) and place a table or similar object over the blower(s) to prevent water from being blown inside the inflatable(s). Do not switch the blower(s) off. Once the rain has stopped, please ensure that the entrance and exit to the inflatable(s) are dried with a towel before children are allowed back on as they become slippery when wet
  20. Inflatables must not be used in wind or wind gusts in excess of 24mph, thinder storms or heavy rain
  21. Should a blower overheat or lose power, immediately remove children from the inflatable and switch the blower off at the mains. It should restart when switched back on again 1 or 2 minutes later. If it does not please inform us on the telephone number above.
  22. We must be advised as soon as possible in the event of any injury requiring professional medical treatment. Treatment must be sought within 2 hours of the injury occurring and a detailed record of the incident and treatment must be provided to us.
  23. You must call us immediately upon any equipment failure. If you are unsure about anything, please contact us immediately.

DISCLAIMER

  1. Please note that anyone using the equipment does so at their own risk. The hiree will be liable for any accidents or injury caused as a result of misuse or reckless use. These guildlines are for the safety of all people using the equipment and is the sole responsibility of the hiree to ensure they are adhered to.
  2. Bouncing Happy accept no responsibility for an injury caused to anyone during hire of our equipment.
  3. If the equipment hired is left in a dirty condition on collection a fee will be charged per item for cleaning. No exceptions! Please ensure the inflatables are left up so that they can be inspected on collection
  4. If the equipment is damaged beyond repair then you will receive a bill for the replacement of the equipment.
  5. If we are left waiting for more than 15 minutes at drop off then Bouncing Happy has the right to refuse delivery as it can impact the rest of our deliveries that day. Full payment will still be required.
  6. In the event of electrical failures/power cuts no refunds will be made
  7. Please ensure the equipment will fit in the desired area before booking – all measurements can be found on our website
  8. Please have CASH at the correct amount ready to give to Bouncing Happy on arrival and before set up. No payment means no equipment.
