Cancellation Policy

Please ensure you read all of the below information before going ahead with your booking. There are no exceptions to any of these policies. Payments for cancellations will be required via bank transfer

• CANCELLATION WITHIN 4 WEEKS OF BOOKING
  • 20% of the total fee will need to be paid within 48 hours of cancellation. This is because the inflatable has been reserved just for you, therefore we will be at a loss as its unlikely the chosen equipment will be hired within this timeframe

• CANCELLATION WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF BOOKING
  • 50% of the total fee will need to be paid within 48 hours of cancellation. This is because the inflatable has been reserved just for you, therefore we will be at a lose as its very unlikely the chosen equipment will be hired within this timeframe

• CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING
  • 100% of the total fee will need to be paid within the 24 hour timeframe of cancellation and booking time.

• CHANGING YOUR BOOKING DATE
  • If you need to change the date of your booking please give enough notice as possible. If changed within a month there will be no charge. If changed within less than a month there will be a charge of £40 to move the date to a later one
